Where does Saint Jack ship to?
We currently ship to every corner of Australia (we're working on shipping it to further corners of the universe as we speak).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $9 Australia wide or FREE on all orders over $60.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We pinky promise to process and dispatch all orders in 1-2 business days.
Because our product is a bit bougie (and a lot flammable), it refuses to fly economy and must be carried by a road courier. If you live in a busy city, we expect your order to take around 2-5 days to get to you. If you live in a more rural or regional area, it might take up to a week.
Can I track my order?
Ah, YES because we too longingly wait by the window after making an online order! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get an email with the tracking number and you can watch your baby every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order, email hello@saintjack.com with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make any changes or cancel.
Can I get a refund?
Under Australian Consumer Law, Saint Jack is not obligated to provide a refund for 'change of mind' on purchases.
If there are any major or minor problems with your order, you may be entitled to a partial refund, full refund or replacement. If there are any issues with your order, please email us at hello@saintjack.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.
