Saint Jack is an Australian beauty brand, making makeup essentials for artists & beauty lovers alike.

Named after her grandfather, Saint Jack was founded by Melbourne makeup artist Beth Wilson.

Saint Jack products are proudly and certifiably Australian Made.

Ab - sol - utely not. We are cruelty free & vegan friendly.

We currently ship to every corner of Australia (we're working on shipping it to further corners of the universe as we speak). 

Shipping is $9 or FREE for all orders over $60.

We pinky promise to process and dispatch all orders in 1-2 business days. 

Because our products are a little bit bougie (and a lot flammable), they refuses to fly economy and must be carried by a road courier. If you live in a busy city, we expect your order to take around 2-5 days to get to you. If you live in a more rural or regional area, it might take up to a week. 

There may be some delays with your order in peak periods - but you know the drill with that. 

Ah, YES because we too longingly wait by the window after making an online order! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll get an email with the tracking number and you can watch your baby every step of the way. 

If you want to change or cancel your order, email hello@saintjack.com with your order details ASAP. We will try to help but if your order has already been shipped, we unfortunately can't make changes or cancel.  

Under Australian Consumer Law, Saint Jack is not obligated to accomodate returns or provide a refund for 'change of mind' on purchases.

If there are any major or minor problems with your order, you may be entitled to a partial refund, full refund or replacement. If there are any issues with your order, please email us at hello@saintjack.com.au with your order number and our customer service team will get back to you ASAP.

Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) & PayPal

When finalising your purchase, select Afterpay as your payment method and you’ll be taken to their check out page. If you’ve already got an account, simply sign in and check out. If you don’t already have an account, you will be prompted to create an account before checking out.

Afterpay splits your total purchase cost into four easy instalments. You pay the first instalment at the time of purchase and the remainder every fortnight. Payments are interest-free if you pay on time and the only fees are for late payments. To learn more, visit www.afterpay.com.
